Behaviour of the service staff like Kunal and Nadeem’s was very good . I agree that my bike didn’t get service at given time but , whatever problem I raised about my bike got resolved perfectly. And after service I feel like u am riding new bike . I appreciate the work done by Ramson motors employee.

The service staff is excellent and listens to all the query and problems faced by customer (if any). The showroom personnel is soft spoken and recommends the motorcycle suited to the customers requirements (at least that is what happened with me). Overall I'll recommend this showroom to someone looking towards getting a Jawa/Yezdi/BSA motorcycle.

It could be more spacious as test drive gets crowded nearby. Need to ride long for satisfactory ride out of traffic. Anyways they have all models available when we reached. The new jawa models are more refined and they have various options now. Also, not sure about the service should ve nearby.
