Very Good job And Attend Best Service Center
Had a really good experience at the Jawa showroom. The staff was polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me choose the right model. I went for the Jawa 350 — the bike looks stunning and the delivery process was smooth. They explained all the features clearly and even helped with registration and insurance formalities.
The ambience of the showroom is premium, and the display bikes are well-maintained. Test ride was arranged without much waiting, and the salesperson didn’t push for any unnecessary add-ons.
Highly recommended if you’re considering buying a Jawa. 👍

Overall, the service experience has been fairly satisfactory. The technicians are well-trained, cooperative, and demonstrate solid expertise in their work.
However, there is still room for improvement. Although the showroom and service center officially open at 10:00 AM, staff usually arrive only after 10:30 AM, indicating a lack of professionalism. The proprietor should focus on improving staff punctuality.
Moreover, while the technicians are skilled, they tend to waste time on chit-chat, extended breaks, and other non-work-related activities. If they become more disciplined, it could significantly reduce the time taken for servicing each bike.
Additionally, the comfort level of the customer lounge does not match what other brands typically offer and could be enhanced to improve the overall customer experience.
