I had an outstanding experience with the Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles - Bairu Motorrad Bike showroom and its team! Nizamabad.
When my bike wouldn’t start at home, the team promptly sent help. They arrived at my location, started the bike, and transported it to the showroom for repairs – truly going above and beyond in terms of customer service.
The showroom is well-organized, clean, and has a fantastic collection of bikes on display.
The General Manager Raghu was truly exceptional – professional, approachable, and made the entire process seamless. They took the time to understand my needs and guided me toward the perfect bike.
A special mention to the mechanic Sheik Saleem & Team ( Navanath , Azas) – Saleem is an absolute genius! a true expert who not only fixed the issue but also ensured the bike was thoroughly checked and running perfectly before returning it to me. He ensured my bike was perfectly tuned and ready to go, explaining every aspect of the service patiently.
This level of dedication and care is rare to find these days.
Overall, a top-notch experience! I would highly recommend this showroom to anyone considering a Jawa bike. Great staff, excellent service, and a customer-first approach. Thank you for making my experience so memorable!
