Very supportive technical staff under the leadership of Mr. J. P. Mishra and Mr. Arvind Shukla. I visited twice within a fortnight of purchase of Yezdi roadster for some technical glitches and it was immediately attended and resolved to my satisfaction. Also I was explained about technical things to take care of while using the bike which was very helpful. I found the service centre to be clean and well maintained.
However I would strongly recommend adding services like chain cleaning and lubrication, greasing certain parts apart from routine servicing schedules, as and when requested / demanded by customers, even if on a payment basis (value added services). This is important to ensure smooth running of the bike and proper care of all parts as well as mental satisfaction of the customer.
I hope Jawa Swati Motors and Service Centre will keep up the good work, customer friendliness and professionalism in the months and years to come. Thank you once again.
