I owned 2020 very 2 of Jawa 42 but sold it long back. But wanted to try alpha 2 series of Jawa and visited this store. It looks little small place as the road is always busy, parking could be tricky. Their main branch is in Jayanagar next to ragiguda arch. They didn't had new Jawa 4w test ride but they allowed me to sit and start the bikes , infact I did try all of them. And next day I visited jayanagar store and test ride the Yezdi adventure alpha 2 which was my favorite among the lot. 2025 new version had come yet to test ride. I had only one annoying complaint with a very weired engine clatter noise which is evident till today but otherwise stance, looks, all metal, brakes and suspension are all good

I recently had my bike serviced. I must say, it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. I am thoroughly impressed and genuinely thankful for the professionalism, coordination, and care shown by the entire team, especially Senior Mechanic Kailash, Service Manager Abhishek and Accountant Ashwini. Firstly, I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Kailash, the Senior Mechanic, whose technical expertise and attention to detail were clearly evident in the quality of work done on my bike. He patiently listened to all the issues I was facing ranging from minor rattling noises to performance lags and not only diagnosed the problems accurately but also took the time to explain the root causes to me in a very clear and respectful manner. The way he approached the job with precision, care, and a deep understanding of the machine reassured me that my bike was in the best hands. It now feels smoother, more responsive, and safer, thanks to his exceptional skills. Abhishek, the Service Manager, deserves a special mention for his excellent coordination and communication throughout the process. Right from the moment I brought the bike in, he made sure everything was streamlined, updating me regularly on the progress, clarifying any doubt I had, and ensuring that the entire service procedure was running efficiently. His leadership and proactive approach ensured there were no delays or confusions. It’s rare to see such clarity and involvement from service management, and I truly appreciate the way he handled the whole experience. And of course, a big thanks to Ashwini, the Accountant, who made the invoicing and payment process extremely smooth and hassle-free. Billing is often where things get messy or confusing, but with Ashwini, everything was crystal clear, quick, and professionally handled. She was courteous, transparent, and ensured that all the charges were explained properly, which added to the overall sense of trust and satisfaction. The team didn’t just fix the problems they genuinely elevated the quality and performance of my bike. From fixing mechanical glitches to tuning performance aspects and making necessary part replacements, everything was handled with a level of care and dedication that’s becoming increasingly rare these days. In short, I am extremely happy and impressed with the kind of service I received. This wasn’t just a routine service, it felt like a team of passionate professionals truly cared about delivering the best for their customer. the RR Nagar jawa service center is the best jawa service I've been to yet. People are very courteous, have empathy and are very helpful.

Suraj from legendry bikes in RR Nagar was very helpful from the beginning. He was very patient in explaining about their bikes and completes the whole process from booking to delivery very seamlessly. He was even very accommodative with change in colour on the previous day. I would recommend this showroom and I'm hoping to be this satisfied during my first bike service as well.
