I did booking of Jawa Perak sometime ago and it got automatically cancelled as I was not able to pick up the vehicle when it got allocated. After repeated follow up with Jawa, I did not get any positive results. Finaly when I was about to file a case with Hon. COnsumer Redressal Forum, Jawa Asked Synergy Showroom to take care of the refund. Mr. Shreekanth from Synergy contacted me and asked for details and within few hours I got the refund credited to my account!!

To be honest, I initially purchased my bike from a different showroom in Bengaluru and was seeking an adjustable backrest for my Jawa bobber 42 to accommodate my luggage. Despite being assured twice by the same showroom that my order was placed and delivery would occur within 2 days to a week, it ended up being delayed for almost a month, causing me to cancel my trips multiple times.
However, my experience took a positive turn when I reached out to all Jawa Service Centers in Bengaluru and discovered Synergy Jawa showroom in Basavanagudi. The staff there connected me with Santosh from the Jawa Service department, who promptly instructed me to visit the service center the same day. Santosh efficiently installed the adjustable backrest on my bike,
Additonally performed basic servicing, cleaned and polished. Santosh was friendly, patient, and even took the time to educate me on the basic maintenance of my bike.
I truly appreciate the exemplary service provided by Santosh and Tamil, and if there were ever genuine individuals in the service industry, it would be these two. I highly recommend the service center and would give it a heartfelt 5-star rating.

In a single day they changed my Yezdi Roadster Both rusted silencer and other rusted parts, tuned my bike properly and gave a good service.
I will highly recommend this place for bike servcing.

Nice experience and prioritized us when we went for booking. Gave us on time delivery and registered bike.
But on the day of delivery nobody wanted to care us. Not even turning to us. There are no mechanics for bike movements. They took more than 2hrs to get a mechanic for taking bike from.underground to ground ploor. Wasted a lot of our time.
If you have any particular date/time to buy your vechicle, please go at least 3hrs before your set time.
