First visit
Small showroom, yet have good interior and service. Salesman was helpful and shared details of product. I booked a bike with some commitment from sales person.
Delivery day
I revisited today to take delivery of my bike. Not happy with the commitments given by Prasad. I was promised to get back rest along with bike delivery, now I am questioned where do I have it in writing and I misunderstood.
It was pathetic experience, feeling low during delivery. The accessories I paid for were also not fitted, instead some others were fit in with excuse there was mistake and asked to go to service station and get it replaced. Had I got a chance would have moved to some other showroom of Yezdi or checked some other bike. Helmet given with bike is so small for elders.
I was planning to gift a bike to someone, thankfully I will ensure to look alternatives.
I don't see 2.5 rating, else would have given 2.5 rating just for bike quality. 😉
